Over the past year, the people of Israel have experienced one of the most difficult periods in its modern history. Since the events of October 7, 2023, when the enemy declared war titled “The Al-Aqsa Flood” and turned the Temple Mount into a symbol in its struggle against us, we have stood firm in defending our right to live in our land.
After a year and a half of war, the loss of our loved ones, and when many of our abductees are still being held captive by the enemy in Gaza, the time has come to raise a clear and unequivocal voice.
We, the undersigned, declare:

I too will raise the Israeli flag on the Temple Mount on Yom Ha’atamaut!

In memory of the fallen, for the release of the hostages, and for the defeat of the enemy – we will unite on Yom Ha’atzmaut on the Temple Mount, the holiest place for the Jewish people.
In the past year, the number of ascensions to the Temple Mount has almost doubled. This is living testimony that the Israeli public understands the importance of the Jewish presence in the holiest place for our people.
We will no longer accept the humiliation of the prohibition of rising the Israeli flag in this place. While every house in Gaza displays the symbols of hatred and the Golden Dome as a symbol of the struggle against us, we will proudly raise the flag of the State of Israel in a place that is at the heart of our national and historical identity.
We call on all citizens of Israel to join us. Sign this petition and come to the Temple Mount on the upcoming Yom Ha’atzmaut with the Israeli flag.
